Polemica nascuta in jurul restrangerii dreptului de munca a romanilor care vor merge incepand de acum in Spania este pe tapet in Romania in ziare, radiouri si televiziune, iar dupa anuntul oficial al Minsterului Muncii si Imigratiei din Spania si in presa spaniola.

 Partidul Romanilor din Spania, PIRUM - singurul partid al romanilor din Spania si primul partid al imigrantilor din Spania - considera aceasta decizie a Guvernului spaniol privind restrangerea dreptului de munca, ca fiind o masura populista - tipica in perioade de criza, menita sa ridice moralul cetatenilor spanioli aflati in somaj si nicidecum sa fie un pas pentru iesirea Spaniei din criza economica. Acest demers nu va reduce somajul, dupa cum spera autoritatile spaniole.

 In Spania munca este o problema. Statul spaniol a fost onest si corect cu drepturile si indemnizatiile economice care au fost date romanilor. Romanii din Spania nu se pot plange ca au fost persecutati economic de statul spaniol: au primit somaj, ajutor social si-au facut firme, afaceri, etc.

 Pe de alta parte, 3 din 4 romani din Spania au probleme cu locul de munca: fie nu au, fie sunt in somaj…

 Concluzia: PIRUM afirma crearea identitatii europene: unitate in diversitate, orice restrictionare in sanul Europei in ceea ce priveste: circulatia, munca, sistemul sanitar, drepturile politice, drepturile civile, etc. este un pas in spate in crearea identitatii europene. Prin acest demers se loveste in unitatea europeana si in drumul spre identitatea europeana.

PIRUM: cerrar el mercado a los trabajadores rumanos en España, un paso atrás para una Europa unida!

La polémica nacida alrededor de la restricción del empleo para los rumanos que irán en España está sobre la mesa en Rumania en los periódicos, en la radio y en la televisión, y después del anuncio oficial del  Ministerio de Trabajo e Inmigración de España y en la prensa española.

 El Partido Ibérico de los Rumanos, PIRUM - el único partido de los rumanos en España y en el primer partido de los inmigrantes en España - considera que la decisión del Gobierno español de restringir el derecho al trabajo para los rumanos, es una medida puramente populista - típica en tiempos de crisis, diseñada para elevar la moral para los españoles desempleados y no realmente un paso para la salida de España de la crisis económica. Este enfoque no va a reducir el desempleo, como esperan las autoridades españolas.

 El trabajo es un problema en España. El estado español ha sido honesto y justo con los  beneficios económicos de los trabajadores rumanos. Los rumanos en España no se pueden quejar de que han sido perseguidos económicamente por el estado español: los rumanos han recibido paro, ayudas para el desempleo, etc. y han hecho empresas y negocios,  etc.

 Por otro lado, tres de cuatro rumanos que viven en España tienen problemas de trabajo: o no tienen trabajo o están en paro…

 Conclusión: PIRUM afirma la creación de la identidad europea: unidad en la diversidad; cualquier restricción dentro de Europa en términos de: tráfico, trabajo, salud, derechos políticos, derechos civiles, etc. es un paso atrás en la creación de una identidad europea. Este enfoque del Gobierno de España está golpeando el camino de la unidad europea y de la identidad europea.

PIRUM: closing the market to the Romanian workers in Spain, one step back for a united Europe!

The polemic around the restriction on employment for the Romanians which will work in Spain is on the table in Romania in newspapers, radio and television, and after the official announcement of the Minster of Labor and Immigration of Spain also in the Spanish press.

The Romanian Political Party from Spain, PIRUM - the only political party of Romanians in Spain and the first political party of immigrants from Spain - considers that the Spanish Government decision on restricting the right to work for the Romanians, as a populist one - typical in times of crisis, designed to raise the morale of the Spanish unemployed and not to be a step out of Spain from the economic crisis. This approach will not reduce unemployment, as the Spanish authorities hope it.

Work is a problem in Spain. The Spanish State was an honest and fair right for the economic benefits of the Romanians workers. The Romanians in Spain can not complain that they were economic persecuted by the Spanish State: they received unemployment salaries, they have done business, companies, etc.

 
On the other hand, 3 of 4 Romanians from Spain have workplace problems: either they don’t have a job or are unemployed…

 
Conclusion: PIRUM affirms the creating of the European identity: unity in diversity, any restriction in the middle of Europe in terms of: traffic, work, health care, political rights, civil rights, etc. is a step back in creating a European identity. This approach of the Spanish Government is hitting the road to the European unity and European identity.
