Asociatia Ascendent din Bistrita deruleaza in perioada 2009-2011 proiectul international de educatie a adultilor "4BsHive - collaborational green mapping across Europe" ("Stupul de albine 4B" – proiect de cartografiere verde in Europa). Proiectul este cofinantat de ANPCDEFP in cadrul programului Grundtvig - Parteneriate si are ca scop promovarea dezvoltarii durabile in mediul urban prin "cross-polenizare" (schimb de experienta) intre cei patru parteneri din Bistrita, Bristol, Budapesta si Berlin. In cadrul acestui proiect, in perioada 6 – 10 octombrie 2010, se va desfasura la Bistrita vizita de lucru (mobilitatea) la care vor participa "adult learner" ("adulti care invata") din cele patru orase partenere.
Avand in vedere participiparea dumneavoastra la una dintre mobilitatile din proiect, va invitam sa participati la aceasta vizita de lucru, in calitate de "learner", alaturi de alti adulti din Bistrita si celelalte trei orase incluse in proiect.

Day 1 October 6th, 2010 (Wednesday)
Estimated arrivals in Bistrita
17:00 – 17:30 Bristol group – 12:45 at Cluj-Napoca airport (take bus at 15:00 from Cluj to Bistrita, or train at 15:30
On arrival to Cluj airport: Alexandra Rusan will wait for you at the airport and bring you to Bistrita.
17:30 – 18:00 Budapesta group – 17:00 at Saratel train station (1 taxi can pick up 2-3 passengers for a tariff of 27 lei or so from Saratel to Bistrita)
On arrival to Saratel, call or sms Ciprian (+40742098731) to call for taxi to pick you up from the train station or let me know if you take train to Bistrita.
23:00 – 23:30 Berlin group – 23:03 at Bistrita Nord train station (or 17:31 at Cluj-Napoca train station)
On arrival to Bistrita train station, Dorel Rusti will wait for you and lead you to the hotel.

Green mapping – brief introduction to Open Green Map (30 minutes)

Green mapping – preparing media (30 minutes)
– creating sites and uploading related media on the Open Green Map of Bistrita city (60 minutes)

14:00 – 17:00 Green Map Bistrita: data collection in the city;
split the main group in 6 teams (5 teams on foot visiting different neighbourhoods and 1 team will bike and map the bike routes). Each group will map one borough as follows.

Departure Berlin group: 07:45 from Bistrita Nord train station (or 08:18 from Saratel)
Bristol group: 16:30 (with Tabita Tour) – arrival in Cluj-Napoca at 19:00 (get off near the airport, Vama Cluj-Napoca). 4 rooms reserved at Pensiunea Bruky ** (300m away from the airport, vis-à-vis of Vama Cluj, costs 280 lei for all).
Budapest group: 07:45 from Bistrita Nord train station (or 08:18 from Saratel)
